clk44 Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement and Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between clk44 ("clk44", "we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or uses the clk44 website and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, crash games, and all related promotional activities. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on clk44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

Each player may hold only one registered account on clk44. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. • You must update your account information promptly if any details change, including your mobile number or payment account details. Outdated information may cause withdrawal delays or account verification failures.

clk44 reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Until verification is complete, clk44 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals. • Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the clk44 platform, including match-fixing in cricket or any other sport covered by the sports betting section.
• Accessing clk44 while subject to a self-exclusion agreement, or knowingly allowing another person who is subject to a self-exclusion to use your account.

Where clk44 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, withhold and forfeit associated winnings, close the account permanently, and report the matter to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

All content on the clk44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of clk44 or its content and technology providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any clk44 content in any form or by any means without the express prior written permission of clk44. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the clk44 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: collect or harvest any personally identifiable information; use clk44 content for any commercial purpose; or systematically download, store, or reproduce clk44's game catalogue, odds data, or promotional materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clk44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss:
